As she told me her story I was astounded. What she was telling me was precisely what was coming to me as I wrote the book. Here is her story: Not long ago I nearly died. They discovered a hole in my intestines that required emergency surgery, and in the course of that surgery I crossed over to the other side. Something in me changed that day. I heard my voice being called and it was as if my arms floated upward. I saw a purple light off in the distance. In a split second a great force transported me into another dimension.
